The Brief
The Malaysian Water Association (MWA) is a platform that brings together practitioners in the water service industries value. The MWA’s membership consists of both individuals and organisations. MWA plays an important role bringing about enhancement of the knowledge and skill of its members and promotes awareness of water issues among the public.
MWA maintains linkages with related organisations abroad to establish networking globally in order to realize the water industry’s common universal goals. They are also a Corporate Member of the International Water Association (IWA).
The Solutions & Results
From a typically static website with the association information, we have transformed it into multi-purposes and functions online portal website. The are several relevant entities are incorporated under the website: MWA, MWA Sarawak Branch, MyMWA and MJW. We have digitalised most of the common daily tasks of the organisations through website:

- Membership registration and renewal with online payment
- Publication listing management
- Publication download and online purchasing
- Training listing management
- Training booking and registration online
- Discussion room about water related news and knowledge sharing
After MWA portal website is launched in weeks later, the member retention rate much more higher never like before. Besisdes, the convertion rate of the training and membership registration is increased as well.
